We’re seeking a Driver Rehabilitation Specialist (CDRS or DRP) to conduct clinical and behind-the-wheel evaluations, develop individualized driving rehabilitation plans, and provide adaptive training to help clients regain confidence and independence on the road.

• Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist (CDRS or DRP) with experience in clinical assessment and hands‑on driver training.
• Occupational Therapy degree required.

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Re‑assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations, make recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referrals and education resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, service recipients and families.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year’s experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; ability to lift up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.
• Requires fine motor skills, visual acuity, and the ability to walk/stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling and positioning as needed.
• Physical screening may be required prior to assignment.
