We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in San Francisco, CA who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a meaningful, hands-on role where your work directly improves quality of life and promotes independence.
What You’ll DoProvide daily support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Support individuals in community integration
, outings, and recreational activities
Encourage independence, dignity, and choice
Follow individualized support plans and document services accurately
Build positive, respectful relationships with individuals and care teams
What We’re Looking ForCompassionate, patient, and reliable
DSP, caregiver, CNA, HHA, or related experience preferred but not required
Ability to pass background check and complete required training
High school diploma or equivalent
