Speech & Language Pathologist

Overview

We are seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with severe behavioral and developmental needs.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and recommend AAC devices or strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for speech, social communication, and feeding.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support communication goals.
• Integrate communication strategies into behavior plans and crisis interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications include a master’s degree, current licensure, experience with children with complex needs, and knowledge of behavioral and AAC techniques. Preferred skills include ABA experience, familiarity with AAC systems, and bilingual abilities.
