Overview
Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for full-time or part-time work with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over a year.
Position SummaryProvide patient-centered therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing skills, collaborating with families and healthcare teams to ensure outstanding outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, document progress, and communicate with team members.
- Supervise clinicians and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients, families, and staff, and contribute to a positive facility culture.
- Maintain safety standards and demonstrate professional growth through ongoing education.
- Master's in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP certification
- 2-3 years in skilled nursing or rehab preferred
- Valid licensure in California
- Strong communication skills and physical ability for patient care
$65.00 - $70.00/hour, 40 hours/week, health insurance included.
