The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides high-quality, integrated behavioral health services in a community-focused health center.

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health and chronic conditions, utilizing evidence-based interventions and coordinating care with community resources.
• Conduct psychological assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver brief individual and family therapies, documenting progress accurately.
• Ensure high patient access and productivity while maintaining quality standards, including facilitating same-day and crisis services.
• Participate in team collaboration, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
• Maintain licensure, credentials, and adhere to safety and clinic policies. Bilingual in Spanish required, with a Master’s degree in Social Work and California LCSW license.
