Behavior Consultant – Redefining Behavioral Care (Earn up to $140/hour)

Cypress Adaptive Behavior Consultants (Cypress ABC) is seeking an Independent Contractor – Behavior Consultant to join our mission-driven team. This is not your typical ABA role.

You will provide onsite behavior consultation to care homes and day programs across the San Francisco Bay Area, offering flexible, purpose-driven work.

• Conduct face-to-face consultations with direct support professionals, residents, and program administrators.
• Develop and implement collaborative strategies to promote positive behaviors and enhance well-being.
• Take detailed notes during consultation meetings and submit them promptly to a supervisor.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required to ensure comprehensive care.

• Certification:
  Hold BCBA-D or BCBA.
• Experience:
  
  Background in behavioral health, behavior therapy, residential facilities or day programs.
• Personable:
  Build supportive relationships with residents, administrators, and care teams.
• Organized:
  Effective communication and timely documentation.
• Professional and Reliable:
  Demonstrate responsibility, work independently, and have reliable transportation.
