Job Summary
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $55.84 - $75.16 (Hourly Rate).

Required Qualifications
- Possession of a degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited professional educational program.
- Minimum of 12 months' experience as a licensed therapist.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
Ability to recognize signs of distress.
Possession of or proven eligibility for CPR certification. - Basic computer skills in word processing and online communication.
- Possession of good interpersonal, time management, problem solving and self-initiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior speech language pathology experience in an academic medical center environment.
- Prior experience working on an interdisciplinary health provider team.
- Prior experience with voice, swallowing and upper airway evaluation and management in pediatric and adolescent patients
License/Certification
- Possession of or proven eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist by the Speech
- Language Pathology and Audiology Board of California.
