• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure seamless administrative support for medical staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital standards.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial management for clinical departments.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive experience.

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Healthcare or Hospital Administration.
• 0-3 years of experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of hospital workflows and clinical procedures.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in hospital management software and MS Office.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
