Our rapidly growing medical device client is expanding their team of Cardiac Technicians to help transform cardiac care through accurate ECG data analysis and patient-centered reporting. Join a mission-driven team focused on improving cardiac health through innovative monitoring solutions. Analyze ECG data for clinical accuracy, ensure data quality, and communicate findings to physicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze patient ECG data and algorithm outputs for clinical accuracy.
  • Ensure 100% data quality and compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards.
  • Communicate significant ECG findings to physicians.
  • Perform quality assurance and finalize reports for delivery.
  • Continuously improve ECG interpretation skills and meet performance metrics.
  • Detail-oriented professionals passionate about healthcare and patient outcomes.
  • Motivated individuals eager to grow in the medical device industry.
  • Team players with a positive attitude and strong critical thinking skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualifying applicants - REQUIRE RN, CCT (or) EMT-P Certifications
  • High School Diploma required;
    Associate’s degree or coursework in healthcare/life sciences preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare in a respiratory/cardiac/exercise therapy, medical devices, patient care, or diagnostic settings.
  • Strong PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of cardiology-specific medical terminology is preferred
  • Ability to obtain CCT certification within 120 days of hire
  • Demonstrated interest and ability in ECG rhythm analysis and interpretation.
