Overview
Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the North Bay Business Journal, is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking Office in Oakland. This is a full-time position that requires both office-based and off-site visits.
Responsibilities- Develop and cultivate new client portfolio relationships to meet all ongoing established portfolio growth goals.
- Maintain, cultivate and retain an established client portfolio.
- Apply significant expertise with complex credit skills and a high level and detailed understanding of all banking credit, deposit and treasury products.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in a related field and minimum 5–7 years of relevant banking experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The hiring pay range for this position is $151,132 to $219,144. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
