• Leading tax engagements from planning through completion
• Reviewing complex individual and business tax returns
• Serving as a trusted advisor to clients
• Mentoring and developing tax staff and seniors
• Partnering with leadership on complex technical matters

• 6+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience managing engagements and developing staff
• Strong client advisory and relationship management skills
