** 15+ years of facilities and construction management experience.
12+ years of progressive people and business leadership experience.

** Possess strong executive presence and the ability to effectively navigate the complex leadership dynamics of both their respective Reserve Bank and System as a whole.

Intellectually curious, agile and innovative with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.

Experience navigating teams through large change initiatives.esults oriented leader with ability to move projects from concept to completion, navigating operational constraints to deliver on time and within budget. (
