We're offering opportunities for a Senior Fund Accounting Manager position within an Impact Investment fund in San Francisco. We're seeking candidates with partnership accounting experience from backgrounds such as tax, fund administration, public accounting, or similar fields.

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the fund accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Act as a liaison with external auditors.
• Proficiency in GAAP financial reporting, with a preference for experience related to investment companies and fund-of-funds.
• Manage a team of fund accountants, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to enhance efficiency.
• Review financial statements and NAV calculations to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in onboarding of new funds and stay current on industry trends.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Proficiency in partnership accounting from various financial sectors.
• Open to candidates from audit, tax, or fund administration backgrounds.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
