Global Asset Management Firm seeks a Finance Associate to read large complex contracts to summarize key financial data and create calculations for monthly loan payments and reporting in Excel, including calculations for present value, future value, and tables with outflows of cash with interest payments, etc. This role offers long term stability and excellent benefits, and will work on a hybrid basis with 2 days in office in San Francisco.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience working in the financial industry including private equity, private funds, asset management or insurance risk analysis.
- Experience reading large complex contracts and summarizing key financial data for analysis and reporting is preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or similar is required.
- Strong Excel skills are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must enjoy reading large, up to 200 page legal contracts, and summarizing the terms in Excel.
