Eisner Amper is seekinga Tax Senior Associate to join our Private Client Services (PCS) practice. We are looking for a dynamic individual who excels in a progressive setting anddemonstratesa commitment to delivering exceptional client services.

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

• Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients andmaintainrelationshipswith firm leadership.

• Develop a working knowledge of the client's business, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client deadlines.

• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and proactively apply new knowledge to client engagements.

• Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm to coordinate efforts, share knowledge, and ensure efficient and effective delivery of tax services.

• Mentor and coach junior team members.

• Professional Development:
  
  Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance technical knowledge and develop industry-specific expertise.

• Bachelor'sDegree in Accountingor equivalent field is required

• 2+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience

• Master's Degree in Taxationor relevant field

• CPA(Certified Public Accountant),or parts passed towards completion,ORIRS (Internal Revenue Service)
  Enrolled Agent Certification

• Experience using
  
  GoSystemsor CCHAxcesstax software
