Our client is a small 250 person SF based non‑profit who is seeking an independent business system analysis to done with the goal of recommending an integrated financial management system that supports their business needs from seamless data capturing through financial and compliance reporting. They are looking for a more automated Grant Management system, real time visibility, and proper integration and interfaces with outside programs and portals to efficiently operate their business at its highest level.
The current system in place is an older system where they use the AP, AR, Allocations, Bank Reconciliation, Budget, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger modules. They use separate systems for payroll, invoicing and expense reports, and the systems do not talk to one another requiring many manual Excel file imports.
Scope of Work:- Perform a business analysis.
- Make a recommendation on how to best integrate a new ERP system.
- Participate in the RFP process of designing and selecting the best software solution.
- Assist with the implementation of the selected software
- 10+ years experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience with the full system implementation process of a finance and accounting ERP system from business system analysis, system identification, system design and recommendations, to participation in the RFP process and assisting with the full implementation of the system.
