SF Fire Credit Union is seeking a full‑time Mortgage Loan Consultant to help members achieve home ownership while driving meaningful growth across our communities. This role suits a relationship‑driven mortgage professional who thrives on connecting with people, building trusted partnerships, and delivering lending solutions that truly make a difference.

As a Mortgage Loan Consultant, you’ll originate internal first mortgage and equity loans while actively engaging in business development across the Bay Area. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, analyzing loan requests, recommending tailored solutions, and guiding borrowers through the mortgage process with care, expertise, and integrity. You’ll also build and maintain strong referral networks with real estate brokers, home builders, and other industry partners to sustain a healthy pipeline and long‑term growth.

Reporting to the Vice President of Real Estate Lending, this role offers the opportunity to originate competitive portfolio and secondary market loans while representing SF Fire Credit Union at industry events and within the broader community. Success comes from being proactive, community‑oriented, and motivated by purpose, not just production.

At SF Fire Credit Union, this is more than a mortgage origination role. It’s an opportunity to contribute to a mission‑driven organization committed to service, trust, and inclusion, while making a tangible impact on members’ lives and the communities we serve.
