Bay Area based Private Equity firm seeks a Fund Controller Consultant on a part time basis to assist the current team with Q1 close and audit. This is a mostly remote role working part time hours (approximately 15-20 hours per week) and a 3-4 month approximate contract duration.
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in fund accounting at a VC or PE firm.
- Prior experience in Big 4 Audit/Public Accounting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required.
