The Role
As an Associate you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes and projects. You will learn the core knowledge of the investment banking industry and expand your knowledge in key analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills. Every day is different, and your job responsibilities will include a range of projects and assignments including creating financial models, drafting pitch and marketing materials, participating in client presentations and training and managing Analysts.
You will be a role model to our Analysts by identifying training and learning opportunities and monitoring work quality. Our Associates possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure. You will be expected to play a critical role on transaction teams and make a difference for our clients. We partner with you to advance your career goals while providing consistent transparent feedback fostering personal and professional growth.
Position Requirements

• Series 79, Series 63 (preferred and must be taken within 30 days of start date)
Preferred Experience
• Experience with M&A transactions in the technology sector
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000 + annual discretionary bonus
