Controller Responsibilities- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate reporting
- Manage certified payroll reporting and OCIP enrollment processes
- Collaborate with accounting staff to complete tasks and resolve issues
- Engage in job costing and cash forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with union construction contracts during reconciliations
- Lead WIP reporting efforts and manage lien releases
- Assist project accountants with accounts payable and receivable as needed
- Support the transition to a new payroll system and assist in training
- Experience in a similar role with companies exceeding 0 million in revenue
- Construction industry experience, particularly with union-based projects
- Proven track record in certified payroll and OCIP enrollment
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Experience with WIP reporting and job costing
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Job costing expertise preferred
