• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate reporting
• Manage certified payroll reporting and OCIP enrollment processes
• Collaborate with accounting staff to complete tasks and resolve issues
• Engage in job costing and cash forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with union construction contracts during reconciliations
• Lead WIP reporting efforts and manage lien releases
• Assist project accountants with accounts payable and receivable as needed
• Support the transition to a new payroll system and assist in training

• Experience in a similar role with companies exceeding 0 million in revenue
• Construction industry experience, particularly with union-based projects
• Proven track record in certified payroll and OCIP enrollment
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Experience with WIP reporting and job costing
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Job costing expertise preferred
