Salary
Salary Range: 0,,000 base/year DOE + GENEROUS bonuses
Financial Due Diligence Manager Responsibilities
• Lead client engagements and facilitate discussions with stakeholders, managing the entire due diligence process
• Analyze financial statements, assess earnings validity, and evaluate financial health
• Create and deliver complex financial models and reports using Excel and Power Point
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results
• Provide strategic insights and communicate findings to clients in a clear and actionable format
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine and streamline the due diligence process
Financial Due Diligence Manager Requirements
• Degree in finance, accounting, or economics
• CPA License required
• 4+ years of experience in audit AND financial due diligence, with strong client interaction experience
• Proficient in financial analysis and modeling, with advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
• Strong understanding of financial statements, EBITDA, and working capital
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently lead meetings and interact with clients
• Ability to think quickly, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing demands
