Firm s Investment Strategy:
- Target: $5-35M EBITDA
The VP or Advanced Senior Associate will support the firm’s investment professionals in investment sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management functions of the firm. Specific responsibilities include:
- Investment Evaluation: Support all aspects of sourcing, screening, diligence, and ongoing management of investment opportunities
- Market & Industry Research: Analyze target industries, end markets, and competitive landscapes to inform investment theses
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and refine detailed financial models; perform valuation and scenario analyses to support investment decisions
- Transaction Execution: Assist in structuring transactions, managing diligence workflows, preparing investment committee materials, and supporting negotiations and close
- Portfolio Support: Partner with portfolio company leadership on value-creation initiatives, including growth strategy, operational analysis, and performance improvement efforts
