Finance Associate – Hybrid (Tues/Wed In‑Office)

A growing finance organization is seeking a Finance Associate to support financial analysis, reporting, and compliance activities. This role offers significant visibility, complex work, and strong long‑term growth potential. (Private equity exposure is a plus)

• Perform financial analysis and support reporting across various credit facilities and financial structures.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting, including debt schedules, waterfall calculations, and financial metrics.
• Review and interpret complex contracts and compliance documents.
• Maintain and enhance financial models and large datasets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support accurate, timely financial output.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related analytical field.
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, investment banking, or similar roles.
• Experience with loan compliance and reporting
  ; private equity exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with swap agreements and financial metric calculations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills; quick learner with new systems.
• Hybrid schedule: In office Tuesday & Wednesday.
