Strategic Finance Lead

We’re growing incredibly fast and need someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment to work side-by-side with the CEO and leadership team.

We’re hiring a Strategic Finance Lead to own our financial model and the finance operating system behind it. This is a finance-first role and not a pure accounting role. You will focus primary on forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, and make sure contracts, billing mechanics, and month-end reconciliation are tight as we scale.

You will maintain the company operating model and keep it decision-ready across ARR, gross margin, unit economics, cash runway, and headcount planning. You will build forecasts and budgets, run scenario analyses, and produce monthly reporting for leadership. You will own a contract repository and ensure contracts are tracked correctly for commitments, renewal dates, pricing terms, and billing alignment. You will run the monthly reconciliation workflow and partner with external accounting support as needed to ensure the books match reality.

You will tighten finance processes around spend tracking, approvals, and month-end close so the company stays clean as volume grows.

• 5 years in strategic finance, FP&A, investing, or consulting, with strong modeling skills and comfort turning messy inputs into a clear plan
• Fluent in SaaS metrics and able to reason about ARR, retention, margin, and unit economics
• Organized enough to manage contract tracking and monthly reconciliation without losing the big picture
• Clear communicator who moves fast and has strong judgment
• FP&A experience at a tech company is a plus; startup finance experience strongly preferred

Nice to have

• Early-stage startup experience, including building finance processes from scratch
• Experience partnering with legal on contracting workflows
• Familiarity with modern finance tools (billing systems, Quick Books or Net Suite support, Ramp or Brex)
