Our client is a middle-market private equity firm with more than 25 years of investing experience. The platform invests primarily across the Technology industry, and has demonstrated strong historical fund performance.
Key Responsibilities- Support sourcing, evaluation, and execution of new platform investments and add-on acquisitions
- Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and investment materials
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support investment theses
- Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors
- Assist with portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives alongside management teams
- Collaborate across offices and investment teams on live transactions
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking or management consulting
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to M&A, private equity clients, or transaction-oriented work preferred
- Interest in technology-driven businesses and growth-oriented investing
