Asset Management @ Real Estate PE Firm

A rapidly expanding private equity real estate investment firm is looking to hire an Asset Management Analyst to join its growing team of 20+ professionals. This position is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to build expertise in financial modeling, valuation, underwriting, and portfolio analysis.

This is a premier firm that own and operates several high-end assets and hires some of the best talent in the space.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth due diligence on investment opportunities and portfolio assets.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF and scenario analyses, to evaluate performance and returns.
• Prepare materials and present findings, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and the Investment Committee.
• Assist in managing all phases of transactions, from evaluation through closing, working closely with senior executives and board members.
• Draft and support investor reporting, including financial projections, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Provide analytical support for acquisition decisions through quantitative and statistical analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Legal, Compliance, and Marketing.
• Monitor performance of past investments through back-testing and refining cash flow assumptions.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in advisory, consulting, research, valuations, private equity, real estate, or investment banking.
• Strong academic background with a focus in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
• Prior exposure to corporate development, M&A, or transaction advisory preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling and technical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis for senior stakeholders
