Senior Associate​/Vice President Investor Relations

We’re working exclusively on a Senior Associate or Vice President search for the San Francisco office of a healthcare-focused growth equity firm.

The firm has built a strong track record investing in healthcare businesses across medical technology, diagnostics, digital health, and services. The team partners closely with management teams to scale companies that improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery, and the platform has grown steadily across multiple funds and strategies.

This is a true career-track opportunity. The hire will step into a core, firm-building role with clear progression and real ownership from day one. You will work directly with senior leadership across Investor Relations and Platform, supporting fundraising efforts and partnering with portfolio companies on value-creation initiatives. The firm is lean, highly collaborative, and places a premium on judgment, initiative, and long-term thinking.

The firm’s operating model is relationship-driven and highly hands-on. Leadership takes a proactive approach to both capital formation and post-investment support, working closely with internal teams and portfolio companies to align on priorities, execution plans, and accountability. This role sits at the center of those efforts.

With multiple strategies and future fund raises on the horizon, the platform offers exposure to the full fundraising lifecycle alongside meaningful portfolio engagement, rather than a narrow or siloed mandate.

Applicants should have a background in investment banking or consulting, with exposure to private equity, growth equity, or fundraising environments.

You will play a central role across Investor Relations and Platform initiatives.

• Own day-to-day Investor Relations execution and LP communications.
• Support fundraising preparation, materials, and investor interactions.
• Partner with portfolio companies on value creation priorities.
• Coordinate internally with investment professionals and senior leadership.
• Help shape how the firm scales its IR and platform capabilities over time.

• Background in investment banking, private equity or management consulting.
• Exposure to healthcare investing, services, or operations.
• Experience in client-facing or externally oriented roles.

• 5+ years of professional finance experience.
• Investment banking or consulting training.

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
