Director of Accounting Operations

Great opportunity to lead the AP and AR teams from end to end. This position is 4 days onsite and remote on Fridays

Ideal candidate should have the following:

• 10 yrs exp and 5 yrs management,
• overseeing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) functions and build out processes
• Supervise a team of 6
• review AP/AR teams transactions and create process improvements,
• PO's, expense reporting, invoicing/billing, credit memo issuance, and the entire cash application cycle,
• AR subledger reconciliations, Collections,
• Financial reporting, month-end close procedures for AP and AR, including reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts,
• Bachelors in Accounting, Netsuite or ERP, Fast Paced environment
