Role Summary

The Cost Manager provides hands‑on execution support primarily for invoice reviews and change order reviews, ensuring timely, accurate, and auditable cost data.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly vendor invoice Alkicolo in Meta cost management systems.

• Validate CBS coding, billing accuracy, and SLA compliance.

• Support forecast updates, cash flow tracking, and variance analysis. ven Coordinate with Accounts Payable via Buy@ software to ensure on‑time payment.

• Support onsite WIP walks to validate progress against invoicing.

• Support with change order processing including:

• Analyze Change Guru submissions for accuracy and completeness.

• Process monthly Owner Change Orders according to established procedures.

• Evaluate changes and their impact on General Contractor collaboration terms, conditions, and contingency funds.
