Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting Manager

Our client is a growing, dynamic organization seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic financial decision-making. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information across the company.

• Lead and manage the full accounting function, including AP, AR, payroll, GL, and financial reporting
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards
• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and variance reporting
• Partner with executives to provide financial insights for strategic planning
• Lead annual audits, tax preparation support, and compliance requirements
• Oversee system improvements, process optimization, and automation initiatives
• Manage, mentor, and develop accounting team members
• Review multi‑entity consolidations and support ad‑hoc financial analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with multi‑entity accounting and consolidations
• Proficiency with major ERP systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership
• Demonstrated experience improving processes and scaling accounting operations
