• Purpose:
  
  Support investor relations, performance reporting, and internal strategic operations for the firm's Venture and Growth platform.
• Reports to:
  
  Operations leadership within the Venture and Growth Group.

• Create investor-facing materials and presentations that communicate the firm's growth story and investment impact.
• Develop and maintain performance and portfolio reporting frameworks using Excel and visualization tools.
• Support operational due diligence and ensure data integrity across internal systems.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, compliance, and analytics teams to streamline processes.
• Contribute to strategic projects that enhance scalability and operational efficiency.

• Experience:
  
  2-4 years in investment banking, private equity, private credit, consulting, venture capital, or data analytics.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of growth equity/private equity investing.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
