As Astranis’s G&A Financial Analyst, you will partner with our corporate functions—HR, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and Operations—to ensure financial discipline and clarity in how we scale. We are seeking to hire the best—a finance professional who thrives at budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, while driving efficiency and accountability across all G&A departments.

You are an ideal candidate if you have strong analytical skills, can manage detailed models, and are eager to partner cross‑functionally with business leaders. You should be motivated by building scalable financial processes, influencing decision‑making, and improving transparency into how Astranis invests in its people and infrastructure.

• Own financial planning, reporting, and analysis for G&A functions.
• Partner with department leaders on headcount planning, budgets, and spend management.
• Deliver timely variance analysis and insights to drive accountability.
• Build scalable reporting tools and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Support monthly and quarterly close with Accounting and Finance.
• Develop models to evaluate key initiatives and long‑term planning.

• 3–5 years of financial planning & analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Strong modeling, Excel, and reporting skills.
• Track record of working cross‑functionally to influence decisions.
• Detail orientation with the ability to zoom out and provide strategic insights.

• Startup or high‑growth company experience.
• Netsuite or similar ERP system experience.
• Familiarity with HR, legal, and corporate operations spend drivers.

Base pay is a single component of Astranis’s total rewards package, which may also include equity in the form of incentive stock options, high‑quality company‑subsidized healthcare, disability and life insurance benefits, flexible PTO, 401(k) retirement, and free on‑site catered meals.

Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional‑grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.

$100,000 - $135,000 USD
