Overview
Finance Manager, Annual Plan & FCF is a key FP&A role at Okta for Developers, reporting to the Finance Director, Corporate FP&A. The role drives Okta’s annual planning, Free Cash Flow forecasting, and strategic analysis to support rapid growth in a dynamic SaaS organization.
Responsibilities- Lead the annual planning process with the Head of FP&A and CFO.
- Integrate with business planning work streams to align FP&A and business objectives.
- Own the Free Cash Flow forecast and related cash metrics.
- Provide ad-hoc strategic analysis as needed.
- Partner with FP&A and stakeholders to improve processes for efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- 4+ years of FP&A experience, 1+ year in Corporate FP&A.
- Advanced financial modeling, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment with high precision.
- Proficiency with FP&A systems required, Anaplan and Tableau experience is a HUGE plus.
- Experience in a high‑growth global SaaS organization is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to SF HQ up to 2 times a week.
Base salary range for San Francisco, CA: $140,000—$210,000 USD.
