Private Equity Associate, Enterprise Software

A leading, high-growth private equity firm is looking for a Private Equity Associate to join its San Francisco team. This is a unique chance to be at the forefront of investing in and scaling some of the most innovative enterprise software companies
—working alongside seasoned investors and founders to drive growth, strategy, and long-term value creation.

• Evaluate and execute investments in enterprise software and tech-enabled businesses
• Conduct financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis
• Support deal execution, due diligence, and portfolio initiatives
• Collaborate with senior investors and portfolio company leadership teams

• 2-4 years’ experience in investment banking, ideally with a TMT focus
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Demonstrated interest in enterprise software and technology sectors
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
