Senior Associate, Wealth Management – IEQ Capital

Location:

San Francisco, CA (team based in Foster City office as needed)

Seniority Level: Entry level

Employment Type:

Full-time

Compensation: $95,000 – $130,000 (base + bonus)

Responsibilities
  • Support Partners and their team with operational functions such as wire transfers, account creation and maintenance, client meeting preparation, and trade execution.
  • Interact with clients to support all aspects of their service needs.
  • Research client inquiries, manage follow‑up communications, and construct client performance and asset allocation reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and devise customized financial strategies for existing and prospective clients.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss operational aspects and gradually take on more investment‑related responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in wealth or investment management.
  • Deep curiosity about financial markets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think critically, anticipate issues, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship‑building skills both internally and externally.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, high‑pressure environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • “No task is too small” mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
