What We Need

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to lead strategic brand marketing efforts for the WWE 2K franchise, defining the relationship between our products and our global community. This role drives brand strategy and creative execution for a dynamic IP, and collaborates with WWE and Visual Concepts to amplify the franchise s global reach and cultural impact. You ll own the brand vision and shape how WWE 2K appears across media, content, events, partnerships, and beyond.

What You ll Do

  • Define and maintain the global brand vision through long-term brand narrative and positioning for the WWE 2K franchise, ensuring all efforts reinforce core pillars and resonate with the global WWE games community.
  • Lead global brand strategy for WWE 2K, working with integrated marketing and cross-functional teams to drive multi-channel campaign development.
  • Steward the WWE 2K brand identity, guiding internal teams and external agencies to ensure creative consistency and tonal accuracy across all touchpoints.
  • Track ongoing Brand Health and campaign performance KPIs, in partnership with Analytics, Commercial, Product, and other teams to optimize campaigns.
  • Champion consumer insights by developing research roadmaps, synthesizing player feedback, market trends, and player data to drive strategic vision, product, and marketing roadmaps.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of brand marketing experience in gaming, sports, entertainment, or consumer tech.
  • Proven experience leading high-impact go-to-market campaigns with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, marketing performance metrics, creative development, and media planning.
  • Able to translate data into actionable insights to inform strategies.
  • Experience working with licensed IP or talent-driven brands is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with PC & console gaming (Play Station, Xbox, Steam); bonus if you ve worked on live-service games or fandom-driven communities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with storytelling and presentation abilities.
