Events & Field Marketing Manager

Overview

You’ll own Bobyard’s in-person events and field marketing engine across construction and landscaping — sourcing the right events, running logistics, securing founder speaking slots, and driving pipeline for Sales.

• Plan and execute events/conventions at scale
• Manage event platforms and tools
• Track event ROI, pipeline, and revenue impact
• Source and secure speaking opportunities (founder slots) and coordinate logistics
• Manage vendors, budgets, and on-site execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and engagement

• Proven experience planning and executing events/conventions at scale
• Hands-on with event management platforms
• Strong CRM + lead capture experience
• Experience tracking event ROI, pipeline, and revenue impact
• Comfortable managing vendors, budgets, and on-site execution
• Highly organized
• Go-getter
