About the RoleWe're looking for a versatile marketer to lead content strategy and operational initiatives across our animation portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of gaming, animation, and entertainment, requiring someone who can move fluidly between content development, executive support, vendor management, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities- Build and execute content strategies for animated series launches across You Tube and emerging platforms (Animation preferred)
- Develop content calendars, packaging approaches, and distribution plans for long-form and short-form video
- Identify opportunities for audience growth through creative content formats and platform-native storytelling
- Oversee thumbnail and title optimization, A/B testing, and performance analytics
- Build and nurture fan communities around Baobab's franchises across social platforms and gaming ecosystems
- Develop engagement strategies that turn players and viewers into passionate advocates
- Coordinate with creators, influencers, and fan communities to amplify reach
- Track audience sentiment and community feedback to inform content and product decisions
- Manage cross-platform social media presence for company and executive accounts (Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, X)
- Coordinate press outreach, journalist relationships, and interview requests
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities at industry conferences
- Manage contractors, freelancers, and interns across marketing and production
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination
- Support executive communications, proposals, and investor materials
- Drive process improvement through documentation and automation
- 3+ years in marketing and production digital entertainment
- Deep knowledge of Gen Z audience engagement
- Strong understanding of analytics and optimization within digital media
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to context-switch across diverse work streams
