Honeymoon Planner

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Honeymoon Planner to support couples in creating memorable, well-organized getaway experiences. This fully remote role focuses on thoughtful planning, coordinating details, and delivering a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

• Communicate with clients to understand preferences, timelines, and priorities
• Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, and options
• Organize schedules, confirmations, and planning details
• Provide timely updates and answer client questions
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and clear communication throughout the process

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service, planning, hospitality, or support experience (preferred, not required)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented, professional, and reliable
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain and LATAM
