Arch Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized, customer‑focused Dispatcher / Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves solving problems, and enjoys creating a strong digital presence for a trusted local service company.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers
, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication while also helping shape how our brand shows up online.

• Answer incoming calls and schedule plumbing service appointments
• Dispatch technicians efficiently using Service Titan
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules when needed
• Handle urgent and emergency calls with speed and professionalism
• Maintain accurate work orders, schedules, and customer records

• Help create consistency in our company’s social media messaging
• Create and post content across all company platforms
• Work closely with the Director of Business Development & Marketing
• Support coordinated marketing and social campaigns

• Efficient Scheduling – Maximize technician productivity and minimize delays
• Excellent Customer Service – Clear, friendly, professional communication
• Strong Organization – Accurate records, job statuses, and schedules
• Fast Problem Solving – Resolve conflicts, delays, and changes quickly
• Flexibility – Handle reschedules, emergencies, and shifting priorities
• Attention to Detail – Prevent errors and miscommunication
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with office and field teams
• Consistency in Social Media – Post at least 3 times per week
• Service Titan Certification – Completed within the first 90 days

You will work with your manager to set and achieve Dispatcher KPIs, supporting both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
