About B Anu Events

B Anu Events is a Bay Area‑based luxury event planning and design studio specializing in intimate weddings, high‑profile private parties, and curated brand experiences. We focus on thoughtful design, seamless logistics, and guest journeys that feel both elevated and deeply personal.

Volunteer Roles
  • Check-In & Guest Welcome
    • Support the front‑of‑house team with guest check‑in, wristbands/credentials, basic questions, and directing guests to the correct floor or area.
    • Act as “human signage” across both floors: guiding guests to panels, VIP, restrooms, bars, and activations while helping maintain smooth traffic flow.
  • Sponsor & Activation Support
    • Assist at brand activation zones with line flow, guest instructions, light reset/restock, and calling in the production team if anything is needed.
  • Content & Social Support
    • Support the content team with behind‑the‑scenes capture (on phone or assisting the main photo/video crew), holding lights, and helping stage quick social moments.
    • Help the production team with quiet, essential tasks like moving signage, grabbing supplies, relaying information between teams, and supporting quick turnarounds.
  • Back‑of‑House Runners
    • Help the production team with quiet, essential tasks like moving signage, grabbing supplies, relaying information between teams, and supporting quick turnarounds.
What You’ll Do
  • Arrive on time for your assigned shift and check in with the volunteer coordinator
  • Keep guests informed, welcomed, and moving smoothly through the space
  • Support sponsors, talent, and production leads as needed in your zone
  • Represent B Anu Events and The Impact House with professionalism, warmth, and discretion
Ideal For

Requirements
  • Must be 18+
  • Able to stand / walk for several hours
  • Comfortable working in a busy, high‑energy environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in communication and appearance
