About the Role
The San Francisco Giants’ Guest Services Department is looking for Fan Lot Attendants to join our team for the 2026 season. As a seasonal part‑time Fan Lot Team Member, you will be an ambassador for the San Francisco Giants and Oracle Park, while working in our kid zone (this is the Coke bottle slide area of Oracle Park). Fan Lot Attendants are responsible for providing a high level of service and ensuring that all guests have a safe, enjoyable experience while executing the Oracle Park Promise.
Youare excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Inspect work areas (the Coke bottle slide, mini ballpark, etc.) for any safety hazards or maintenance issues before, during and after events and reporting issues in a timely fashion
- Greet guests with a positive attitude at all times, offering to help them before they have to come to you
- Enforce policies (such as height requirements) and stress safety to guests at all times
- Monitor access to the platform enforcing entry/exit, alcohol and smoking restrictions
- Report and assist with emergency situations (including lost or found children, medical issues, etc.) effectively and efficiently
- Respond to injury reports by following protocols and ensure incident reports are completed
- Provide way finding around the park directing guests to sections, seats, restrooms, food options, etc.
- Safety conscious and provide excellent customer service skills
- Able to work flexible hours—weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays based upon the event schedule
- Comfortable on your feet and moving around (up and down stairs, ramps, walkways, etc.) during shifts as well as working in small spaces
- Punctual (on time for your scheduled shifts)
- Flexible in working different positions and performing different functions
- Great at multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced team environment collaborating with others
- Comfortable working outdoors subject to various weather conditions

$21.37 - $21.37 an hour
At the San Francisco Giants, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The hourly rate for this position is determined by the negotiated wage chart set forth in the union contract. The starting probationary rate for this position is 21.37/hour. In addition to your pay, the San Francisco Giants believe in providing a competitive total rewards package for its employees.
After 60 days of employment, employees may be eligible for indemnity healthcare through Healthy SF, which includes medical, dental and prescription coverage. Employees are also eligible for EAP and commuter benefits. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and the terms of official plan documents, which may be modified or amended from time to time.
