Job Description
- Build prototype and production wiring harnesses and support electrical integration for robotics systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and execute builds accurately to drawing/spec.
- Support robotics electrical work including routing/terminating sensor cables and related robotic components (as applicable to system builds).
- Partner cross‑functionally with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering to implement new designs and upgrades; provide build feedback to improve manufacturability.
- Assist with materials workflow (tools/supplies) and help maintain organized build areas and documentation practices as needed.

- 5+ years of hands‑on electrical technician experience (manufacturing, prototyping, or advanced hardware environment preferred)
- Strong experience building wiring harnesses in a fast‑paced hardware environment
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and build independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfort working through ambiguity — able to go from rough requirements to a clean, reliable build (“work off a napkin sketch” mindset).
- Experience working with robotics or electromechanical systems; familiarity with robotic component wiring (ex: sensors/cabling) strongly preferred
- Robotics build/integration experience (especially sensor cabling)
- Prototyping environment experience (rapid iteration, frequent design changes)
- Experience with common electrical components and troubleshooting (power supplies, relays, motors, etc.).
