Head of Hardware

Join as our hardware lead to own the entire manufacturing process and bring our product to life. You'll work directly with founders who've built unicorn companies and know how to ship fast. This is hardware execution at its finest—managing ODMs, overseeing consultancies, and ensuring our audio-first device meets the highest quality standards at scale.

• Manage relationships with ODM partners and oversee manufacturing execution
• Own the entire hardware supply chain from prototypes to mass production
• Oversee mechanical engineering consultancy and ensure design feasibility
• Work with industrial design agency to finalize production-ready designs
• Deep focus on audio hardware: microphone arrays, speakers, acoustic design
• Drive DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and cost optimization
• Manage quality control, testing protocols, and certification processes
• Coordinate between design, engineering, and manufacturing teams
• Handle vendor selection, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management

• 5+ years hardware product management or manufacturing engineering experience
• Proven track record managing ODMs and shipping consumer electronics products
• Strong technical knowledge of audio hardware (microphones, speakers, acoustics)
• Experience overseeing external consultancies and design agencies
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, DFM, and supply chain
• Background in consumer electronics, smart home devices, or audio products
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience with certification processes (FCC, CE, etc.)
