Thermal Design Engineer – High Voltage Battery Cooling System (VH7)We are looking for a Thermal Design Engineer to support the detailed design and development of the cooling system for the VH7 high voltage battery
.
The resource will be responsible for the full thermal system design lifecycle, from interface definition and 3D modeling to validation, FMEA activities, and manufacturing/service specifications. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration within the battery pack and alignment with vehicle-level interfaces.
You will work in a highly technical automotive environment, contributing to the performance, safety, and manufacturability of next-generation high voltage battery systems.

- Thermal System Design & Integration
- Testing, Validation & Performance
- Design & Manufacturing Documentation
Required Skills:
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Automotive, Thermal, or related field)
- Experience in automotive engineering
- Proven experience in high voltage battery design
- Strong knowledge of thermal systems and cooling technologies
- Experience with manufacturing processes and serviceability considerations
- Experience in FMEA development and risk analysis
- Ability to create 3D designs and 2D technical drawings
