Job Description: As the Founding Engineer at Cascade, you will build the technical bedrock for a platform transforming the $500B AEC government contracting industry. Working directly with ex-Google and Amazon founders, you will ship AI-driven features that match firms to high-value RFPs, directly impacting how iconic infrastructure projects like airports and hotels are won.

• Tackle a massive, antiquated market where your code helps firms win multi-million dollar contracts for projects like LaGuardia and the Ritz-Carlton.
• High-leverage founding role offering significant equity and the chance to define the engineering culture and technical architecture from the ground up.

• Architect and build full-stack features that ingest and analyze thousands of complex government proposals using cutting-edge AI.
• Establish technical foundations and best practices while shipping at a rapid pace to scale the customer base.
• Work closely with the CTO to translate customer needs into robust, scalable product solutions for world-class architecture and engineering firms.

• Proven full-stack engineering expertise with a track record of shipping high-quality products in fast-paced startup environments.
