This is a hands‑on role focused on ensuring our robots are ready for deployment in demanding, production environments.

Responsibilities
  • Operate humanoid robots to execute functional, stress, and edge‑case tests
  • Design and run tests covering mechanical, electrical, software, and AI behavior
  • Validate robot performance, safety, and reliability in lab and field environments
  • Document test procedures, results, failures, and observed behavior
  • Collect and analyze logs, telemetry, video, and AI outputs
  • Report clear, actionable findings to hardware, software, and AI engineers
  • Verify fixes and improvements through repeatable regression testing
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in robotics testing, systems testing, or hands‑on technical roles
  • Experience operating complex hardware or robotic systems
  • Ability to design structured tests and clearly document results
  • Familiarity with testing or debugging hardware, software, and AI‑driven systems
  • Comfortable working with logs, data, and basic analysis tools

Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
  • Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, real‑world environments
Nice to Have
  • Experience with humanoid, legged, or autonomous robots
  • Exposure to AI or autonomy testing (perception, planning, control, or decision‑making)
  • Background in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering
  • Field testing or deployment experience in industrial environments

To apply , submit your resume here or email people
. We encourage candidates to include examples of hands‑on testing, system validation, or field work demonstrating experience with complex robotic systems.
