U.S. Account Executive; Enterprise

We're building Endra for the millions of MEP engineers across the globe that make our buildings breathe, be safe and light up. Endra marks a before-and-after moment in MEP engineering, augmenting the speed of work of MEP engineers på factors of 100s.

• 5+ years of experience in electrical MEP design engineering
• Deep, hands‑on experience with Revit
• Strong sense of ownership with an entrepreneurial, self‑starting mindset
• Systems‑oriented, first‑principles thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
• Nice‑to‑have: prior experience within the AEC technology industry

• Build and scale a national enterprise sales pipeline across the United States
• Conduct product demos and educate the market on why Endra exists and the value of its platform
• Identify internal champions within each account and proactively enable their success
• Map and engage key stakeholders and decision‑makers across customer organizations
• Own pipeline generation for yourself and your team - this role requires full accountability for building demand
• Establish and grow relationships with the largest MEP design engineering firms in the U.S.
