The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive EHS training program, aligned with industry best practices. Ensure the program is compliant and scalable as well as positions Compliance Strategy and Risk Management (CSRM) as a leader in EHS innovation.
  • Contribute to establishing and maintaining safety standards (e.g., Regional Safety Technical Standards, electrical safety program, energy isolation standard).
  • Identify and address potential risks within the business, develop and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery and associated electrical risks.
  • Forge partnerships with EHS leaders, subject matter experts, and cross‑functional teams. Ensure all training content is aligned with Technical Infrastructure's evolving EHS priorities, objectives, and standards.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through various metrics. Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and propose new training initiatives based on your findings.
