We are seeking a BIM Designer/CAD Drafter with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our growing West Region Mechanical Team focused on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects. This role will be based in any of our Southern California offices and will provide an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in Revit and AutoCAD while working in a supportive team environment.

• Produce accurate, clear, and concise BIM/CAD deliverables, including Revit models and drawings compliant with Arcadis, industry, national standards, and client requirements.
• Support the mechanical project team in design and engineering projects, collaborating with other disciplines to ensure model integrity and coordination.
• Manage electronic documentation such as drawing registers and issue documents through online collaboration platforms.
• Complete assigned BIM/CAD tasks within budget and deadlines, assist with field assignments when required (including occasional travel).

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective time‑management and ability to work independently, with senior guidance.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction or consulting related to mechanical design projects.
• Associate degree in Construction Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and coordination practices.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (2022 or newer) and AutoCAD (2022 or newer).

The salary range for this position is $66,454 – $106,326, based on experience, education, and location.
